Connect Group Health

Which Connect Groups are meeting, and which of those record attendance. A group counts as meeting when a meeting actually happened — cancelled meetings and meetings still in the diary do not count. Attendance counts when a leader submitted it in Planning Center.

Click a campus for the groups behind the number. A group tagged to two campuses is counted under each, so the campus rows add up to more than the headline total — the last column says how many of each campus’s groups are its own rather than shared.

Reading this without getting it wrong
  • “Not taking attendance” is two different problems. A group that met and never logged it needs a reminder. A group that never met needs a conversation. They are separate columns here on purpose — collapsing them makes an active campus look dead.
  • Antigua is the case in point. It is usually the most active campus by meetings and close to the lowest by recording. That is a logging gap, not a group-health problem.
  • The window matters more than it looks. The season started 1 June. A four-month window reaches five weeks before that and credits groups for last season’s meetings.
  • Summer Strong flatters the total. Those groups record at roughly 46% against 28% for the regular season, so leaving them in makes overall compliance look better than it is.
